These reports included how many views I had on the internet, looked at the house plans, and saved information regarding open house.

Also included in the reports, were comments from the people that had inspected my property. I found that information really helpful to understand what the market was doing. I initially said I wasn't after any more than a certain amount. She advised she could get at least $50,000 more. What I received was way more than I expected, so for me, that was a big bonus.
